The best thing Danielle did was be completely honest. The area I wanted to buy in South Tampa has many homes that are priced at varying degrees. I remember one of the first homes we viewed, we walked out of the home, and before I could even comment Danielle shook her head and said “I wouldn’t let you buy that home.” This statement was the realization that my best interests are what she cares about and her honestly with that statement corroborated that I knew I could trust her to go through this process with me.
